• Friday, Aug 16th:
  • 1700-2100: Meet and Greet. Country Inn & Suites Conference Room (Some beverages on site, feel free to BYOB, and there is a liquor store in the hotel parking lot, right next door. 
• Saturday, Aug 17th:
  • 0800-1400: Annual Ride
  • 1130-1300: Lunch stop TBD
  • 1500-1700: Meeting (The actual State Meeting will be held at the Marion VFW Post 1301, 201 W Longstreet Marion, IL 62959)
    • This is where you will swipe in for credit. Card swipe will be available for 2 hours prior to the meeting)
  • 1700-1800: Dinner - On your own, but there are many local restaraunts
• Sunday, Aug 18th:
  • 0800: Farewell - On your own. Ride home Safely!
